Vanessa C. Jenkins

Vanessa C. Jenkins, age 61, passed away Friday, January 21, 2022 with her family by her side. She was a loving wife, mother and nana. Her presence will be missed deeply, but her legacy will remain. She is preceded in death by her mother, Barbara Chumley; sisters, Charlene Hale and Genise Foster. She is survived by her devoted husband of 42 years, Mike Jenkins; her children, Crystal Jenkins(Mikey), Michael Jenkins(Whitney); grandkids, Hunter Housewright, Hallie Housewright, Hayden Housewright, Kingston Burns-Jenkins, Reed Jenkins; Special friends, Kim Damewood, Tim and Yvonne Gangloff; father, J.C. Chumley; sister Dalana Barnett(John); several nieces and nephews. Family and friends will meet at 2:45pm on Monday, January 24, 2022 for a 3:00pm graveside service at Lynnhurst Cemetery.
