Obituary
Thomas (Tommy) Edward Hill, age 57, of Knoxville, TN passed away on Tuesday, May 30, 2023. He was born to Jack and Bonnie Hill on August 4, 1965. He grew up in Knoxville and attended Fulton High School. Tommy was a friend to everyone he met and could fix anything. He was a tradesman and spent time gardening with his dog Iris, who was always by his side. Tommy loved all animals and advocated for all that were homeless and unwanted.
Tommy is survived by his lifetime partner, Sharon Jones, sister, Linda Hill Turpin, niece, Sarah McMahan, nephew, Corey (Holly) McMahan, and his beloved dog Iris.
Tommy was preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Bonnie Hill: grandmother, Katherine Acuff; and his dogs Moe and Chan.
In lieu of flowers, the family asked that donations be made in his memory to Spay It Forward of East Tennessee or Sevier Animal Care Center.
The family will announce a celebration of life at a later date.
