Tami Alyse (Smith) Heightchew

Tami Alyse Heightchew (Smith), age 58, of Knoxville, TN passed away on June 11th, 2021.

Anyone that knows Tami knows her for her larger-than-life personality, giving heart, and hilarious sense of humor. Anytime a room erupted with laughter, you knew Tami had arrived and was telling one of her many jokes – She had the best laugh! She was the epitome of selfless and would help anyone in need, even a complete stranger. She truly had a heart of gold. She has left an impact on the lives of every person she has met, and she is someone that can never be forgotten.  Although she has left this earth, she has not left our hearts and we find peace knowing she is finally healthy in the presence of family, with the Lord.

Tami was preceded in death by her husband, Jeffrey Darron Heightchew and parents, Brenda Kaye Easterday and Kenneth Gary Smith.

She is survived and will be deeply missed by; her daughter, Nikki Heightchew; her sister, Tonya Boggs; her brother in-law, Heath Boggs and her niece and nephew, Savannah and Brett Boggs.

The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00pm on Friday, June 25, 2021 at Gentry Griffey Funeral Chapel.
