Sandra Carol Owenby, age 81 of Knoxville, Tennessee passed away on Friday, March 17, 2023. She was born in Knoxville in 1941. She graduated high school and then went on to be a financial advisor. Sandra loved bingo. She would normally play in Kentucky but would play anywhere she could. As much as she loved bingo, she loved her family more.

Sandra is preceded in death by husband Emerson Mick Owenby; parents, Robert and Margaret Coffey and brother, David Coffey.

She is survived by daughter, Kimberly Lusk; son, Gregory (Rhonda) Kerr; son, Chris Kerr; grandson, Nicholas (Jill) McPherson; great granddaughters, Lily & Lydia Ramsey; brother, Jerry Coffey and sister, Linda Smith.
