Ruthy Ann Miller, age 54, passed away on Friday, February 12, 2021. She was born on February 18, 1966 in Pikeville, Kentucky. Ruthy loved being outdoors but loved spending time with her family even more. She spent her life taking care of others as a certified nursing assistant.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Bobby R. and Shirley A. Fuller; grandson, James Ray Skeens II and her dog, Harley D.

Ruthy is survived by husband of almost 7 years, Clifford G. Miller II; children, Jamie Skeens (Kim) and Lyle Skeens (Kristy); grandchildren, Lindsey, Kera, Tori, Elle, Emma and Tristian; great-grandchild, Lucas McCary; great-great-grandchild, Kinzer Webb; siblings, Tracy Phillips and Bobby June Fuller; and lastly her dog, Forever.

A private family visitation will be held.
