Lee Ann Johnson

Lee Ann Johnson, age 67 of Knoxville, Tennessee passed away on Friday, September 30, 2022. She was born on June 20, 1955, to the late Thomas E. and Wilda (Winningham) Johnson. Lee Ann graduated from Central High School and went on to be a caregiver for years. She then worked as a cashier for Food City. She is a life-time member of Fountain City United Methodist Church. She was very involved with the church and loved volunteering, especially with the food service in her later years. She loved and adored her church family. Lee Ann always remembered every pastor, youth counsellor, and member. Music was her first love. She played piano and sang in the church choir her whole life.

She is survived by cousins, Nola and her 6 children of Crossville and the Saunders family of Sunbright.

The family will receive friends from 5:00pm-7:00pm on Monday, October 3, 2022, at Fountain City United Methodist Church. A service will follow at 7:00pm.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Fountain City United Methodist Church Music Fund or any charity of their choice.
