Kevin O. Toole

Kevin O. Toole, age 71 of Knoxville, Tennessee passed away on Friday, October 13, 2023. He was born in Salzburg, Austria on March 21, 1952. Kevin graduated from Young High School where he was very active. He played basketball and was on the track team. He was also in the Key Club, Esprees Club, and Cascades Club. His classmates thought highly of him as well, he was elected as the freshman class favorites and served as freshman class president.

He is preceded in death by parents, Nancy R. Toole (1977) & Jack A. Toole (1994) and brother, Patrick (1994).

Kevin leaves behind to cherish his memory, sister, Kelly O. Toole; special friend, Anne Bilbrey and long-time friend, Jim Strickland.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to Cecelia Jacobs, Karen Zibelin, Georgina Napier and all past and present staff at Beverly Park Place. Thank you for committing to giving Kevin 18+ years of care. Kelly Toole would like to personally thank Tim Williams for all of his direction and help in planning. A special thank you to Ashley and Kirk with Gentry Griffey Funeral Chapel for all of their caring and hard work. Lastly, the family would like to thank Rusty Jackson and Randy Rimmer for their unwavering help in spreading the news of Kevin’s passing.

A service will be held at 12:00pm on Friday, October 20, 2023 at Holy Ghost Catholic Church. Deacon Scott Maentz will officiate the service.
