Etta Faye Conner

Etta Faye Conner was born November 22, 1935 in Knoxville, TN. She attended and graduated Clinton High School. She married Calvin Lynn Conner June 18, 1954. They had two sons, Randall and Allen.

Faye loved being outdoors. She had a yard full of Irises. She and Lynn played a lot of golf at Beaver Brook Country Club. Faye loved children and she was a devoted grandmother to her grandchildren, attending all school and sports events. She was an active member of Fountain City United Methodist Church.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Lynn Conner; brother, Jack Bridges; sisters, Peggy Tarwater and Martha Foust.

She is survived by her sons, Randall (Ginger), and Allen (Lizanne); grandchildren, Zach Conner, Hannah (Sam Huber), Molly (Hayden) Bolus; and her great- grandchildren, Charlie Huber and Maggie Bolus.

The family will receive friends at Gentry Griffey Funeral Chapel on Wednesday, September 29th from 4:00pm-6:00pm with a service to follow at 6:00pm.
