Eryk Taylor

Eryk Taylor, age 68, of Murfreesboro, TN, Passed away on Tuesday, March 26, 2024, in Destin, FL.

He was born in Fort Belvoir, VA, earned his bachelor’s degree at MTS and was a master electrician.

He enjoyed vintage corvettes and muscle cars.

Eryk is proceeded in death by his parents, John D. Taylor and Gertruda Maria Nicmietz; brother, Henry Taylor.

He is survived by and leaves behind his wife, Karen Taylor; brother, Greg Taylor; sisters, Theresa Aday and Missy Bennett; children, Lindsay Heard, Andrew Taylor and Sarah Shultz; grandchild, Blakely Heard.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00am on Saturday, April 6, 2024, at Gentry-Griffey Funeral Chapel and Crematory (5301 Fountain Rd, Knoxville, TN, 37918) with Jerry McBee officiating. Family and friends will then gather at 1:00pm at Miller Cemetery for a graveside service.
