Obituary
Brenda Smith Foulk, 68, loving, dedicated and loyal, wife, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend, passed away on Monday, April 3, 2023.
Brenda was born on July 13, 1954, in Roseville, Michigan to William H. Smith and Billie Smith. She received her associates degree from Pellissippi State and retired from the state of Tennessee with 25 years of service.
Brenda was preceded in death by parents, William and Billie Smith and brother, Gary Smith. Brenda is survived by husband, Dewey; sisters, Patricia Smith and Karen King; and several cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews; and great great nieces.
Arrangements were made privately by the family.
