Suzanne Webb Johnson (Sign Guestbook)

Suzanne Webb “Suzimom” Johnson of Knoxville, Tennessee passed away peacefully in the early hours of January 8th at the age of 83.

She was born in Miami, Florida On May 17th. 1935,  to her parents Freeman and Rosalie Webb. The family moved to Ashland,Kentucky where she spent her formative years. She attended and graduated from the University of Kentucky. She was a lifelong Wildcat fan, and her blood ran deep blue.

She married Harold Johnson with whom she had her children Phillip and Elizabeth. The family moved briefly to Selma, Alabama, before settling in to life in Knoxville in 1963.

After Harold and Susie divorced she met Ann Gerard who was her partner for her remaining years. Together they hiked, camped, and travelled the world.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Freeman and Rosalie Webb and her sister, Penny Wittwer.

She is survived by her partner, Ann Gerard; her son, Phillip (Missy) her daughter, Elizabeth; her grandsons, Nathan, Lee, and Kirk (Carly) and her great grandchildren, Lillian, Kendra, Elija, and Cora; her niece, Julie Zivony; and her nephew, Clay Wittwer.

She will be greatly missed but fondly remembered.
