Russ was my first cousin. We weren’t very close in our later years, but we had many good times in our youth, especially fishing the Clinch River for trout. Russ had a great sense of humor and could always make me laugh. He was a good soul, with no malice in his heart and was always willing to help anyone in need. Russell made the world a better place and he will be missed.
