Poeung Seang (Sign Guestbook)

Poeung Seang age 88 of Knoxville, TN went to be with the Lord at home surrounded by his wife, children and grandchildren Monday, June 3, 2019.

He was born in Cambodia on May 2, 1931 and came to the United States in 1986. He was a hard worker and wonderful husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather to his big family. He was a member of Central Baptist Church of Fountain City.

He is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Sary Touch; daughter Borey Heng and children Malai, Sangha, Chhanna, Chiva and her grandchildren Channarea , Sawvtei , ChiChi , and Vichchhekan ; daughter Ra Brush, husband Marc and children Charles, William and Annelise; son Borath Poeung, wife Srey Rot and their children Brian, Alex, Andrew, Ryan, Jessica, River and Rylee; daughter Roek Greenleaf, husband Ron and children Nick, Victoria and Daniel; Te Ridner, husband Corey and children Zachary and Brandon; Navy Roach, husband Tait and children Jack, Nola and Andi; son Borin, wife Amanda and children Harper and Finley.

He is preceded in death by parents, Seang and Pan; granddaughter Samai Heng; great grandson Bonnah Heng; daughter-in-law Chamnab Poeung; son-in-law Nai Soam.  He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
Services will be held on Thursday May 6, 2019 visitation from 5-7pm with a 7pm service officiated by Rev. Ron Mouser at Gentry Griffey Funeral Chapel in Fountain City.
