Dale Miller of Powell, TN passed away at home on Saturday, May 25, 2019. He was born in Carter County, TN on March 30, 1935.

Dale attended ETSU and UT law school. He also served in the U.S. Marine Corps.

He is survived by his wife, Alice Miller; stepson, Ronnie (Beth) Humphrey; grandchild, Alec Humphrey; brother, Lee Miller (Barbara); sister-in-laws, Helen Miller, Ann Smith (Bo); special niece, Melisa Carpenter; friends, Alton Wallace, and John Morris; and adored fur baby, Lolly.
