Charles Nelson (Charlie) Barringer age 76 of Knoxville, TN passed away on September 7, 2019. He was preceded in death by his parents Joseph Eugene Barringer and Alva Beam Barringer. He is survived by his daughters Tracy Barringer Kinney and Rachelle Barringer Owens, Sons in law Biff Kinney and Greg Owens. Brothers and sisters J.W. (Joe) Barringer, Gail Woodall, Cheryl Warren, Doug Barringer and Don Barringer. Charlie enjoyed spending time with family and watching sports especially UT Football.

    Charles, Don and I can reflect back to all the fun we had together.
