Carmen Monette Crane (Sign Guestbook)

Carmen Monette Crane was born in St. Francis Hospital in Wichita, Kansas on November 4, 1949 and passed away at her home in Knoxville on December 3, 2018.  Carmen travelled extensively as a career military dependent and military spouse.  She was very active in her church.  She volunteered much of her time as a Lay Servant and in many church groups, including United Methodist Women.                    Carmen is survived by her husband, Ralph Crane, of Knoxville; brother, John King of Pensacola, FL.; son, Richard Strathdee, of Napa, CA.; daughter, Christine Rupple, of Napa, CA.; four grandchildren and one great granddaughter.                                                                                                                                                      A Celebration of Life Service will be held 5:00pm, Saturday, December 15th at Powell United Methodist Church.  She will be interred at the Bethlehem United Methodist Church Columbarium in Claremont, NC.  In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Gynecological Research for Ovarian Cancer at University of Tennessee Medical Center or the Food Pantry at Powell United Methodist Church.
