DeForest Moneymaker (Sign Guestbook)

DeForest Moneymaker “Frosty”, age 73 of Corryton, went to be with the Lord on January 5, 2018. Frosty was an avid bowler, birdwatcher, outdoorsman and craftsman woodworker. He was a member of New Victory Baptist Church. He was a very loving husband and father who never met a stranger.

He was preceded in death by parents, Ed and Grace Moneymaker as well as several brothers and sisters. Frosty is survived and will be deeply missed by his wife of 55 years Virginia Moneymaker; daughters, Debbie Lanham and husband Richard, Lynda Hanley and Husband Steve; sons, Donnie Moneymaker and wife Sarah, Vernon Moneymaker and wife Glenda; grandchildren, Allen Hiatt, Casey Moneymaker, Amber Long, Grace Moneymaker and Maya Moneymaker; and several great-grandchildren.

A Family Directed Memorial Service will be held at New Victory Baptist Church (923 West Baxter Ave, Knoxville, TN 37921) on January 12, 2018 at 6pm with Rusty Sharp Officiating.
